I wouldn't want to take off from the area by the restaurant in a north wind, as I once witnessed, they all had to run like maniacs and then barely avoided scraping their bums on the rocks. one question: is there a paragliding office on the top of Mt. Olympos?

I mean ... is it possible to go up by cable car and down by paraglider?

Of course, that is basically the only way to get up there, you book your flight and are taken to the cable car by jeep, there are 5 flights per day weather permitting.
